Leonardo Carella is a University assistant (postdoc) at the Department of Government. He received his doctorate in Politics from the Department of Politics and IR, University Oxford.
Prior to joining the University of Vienna, Leonardo was a Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow at Nuffield College, University Oxford, where he remains an associate member.
Leonardo Carella’s main line of research focusses on electoral systems and the comparative politics of electoral reform. He is also developing a parallel research agenda on public opinion on immigration in Europe.
