Jule Kegel is working as a pre-doc in the project IP-PAD (Interdisciplinary Perpectives on the Politics of Adolescence and Democracy) at the Department of Government since December 2023. She obtained a bachelor's degree from Leibniz University Hannover and master's degree from the University of Cologne, both in the subject of political science. 

Her research interests consist of political psychology/sociology, party and electoral studies and quantitative as well as computer-based analysis methods of political data.
