Isabella Rebasso is a predoc at the ERC project PARTISAN. In her PhD thesis at the University of Amsterdam, she focuses on the roots of political emotions, the difference between emotions in politics and those in personal life, and the relationship between political knowledge and emotions. Previously, she completed a Research Master in Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam. 

Her research also focuses on political identities, gender and personality, and different forms of political participation.
