- You develop and strengthen an independent research profile, including internationally visible publications

- You hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (typically 180 minutes of teaching per week)
- You publish internationally in leading international journals (SSCI)
- You supervise students (BA and MA)
- You participate in the administration of the department
This is part of your personality:
- Completed doctoral/PhD studies in Political Science
- Own research agenda on political representation, party competition, political institutions, political behavior or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of quantitative social science methods in data collection and analysis
- Internationally visible publication record or advanced manuscripts (revise & resubmit)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a team
