The event was opened with a foreword by the Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs, Prof Dr Manuela Baccarini, and the Dean, Prof Dr Michaela Pfadenhauer. The speakers presented the topic ‘Old institutions, new challenges: Representative Democracy in the 21st Century' divided into English and German, captivating the audience.
Many thanks to all those present who contributed to the success of the afternoon with their participation and interest. The event ended on a cosy note with a joint buffet.
