Markus’ main research interests are in the role of issues and ideologies in party competition and vote choice. Markus is associated with the team working on the Austrian National Election Study (www.autnes.at).
Markus has a doctoral degree in Political Science from the London School of Economics and a BA in History and Politics from the University of Warwick.
